We Set the Standard in Clark County for Quality Work and Total Customer Satisfaction
At Just Right Auto Repair we are committed to providing quality services at a fair price. Our standard warranty on any of our parts and repairs is a full 12 months/12,000 miles. In order to keep our customers and their pocketbooks in mind we have stuck with this warranty from the beginning, choosing to keep our prices fair and not play the industry standard “hidden fee’s game” in order to offer longer warranties.
However, in an effort to offer the best in the industry in service and satisfaction - we have decided to give you—our valued customers—all the control:
We will continue to offer our standard minimum warranty of 12 months/12,000 miles. However, in addition, our customers can choose to extend the warranty on their repairs to 2 to 5 years for a small fee—depending on the amount and type of the repair. Just ask your service writer for details.
Our policy has always been to strive for #1 in customer satisfaction. So if you ever have a concern or problem with any of the service or repairs you receive—we hope that you will give us a chance to make it right.
